Guest Guide Book
Welcome to your stay
Everything you need for a smooth check-in and a relaxing night at Balai Pabi.
First 15 Minutes
- Park inside the resort gate. The gate stays closed for safety — honk or call the caretaker to open it. We can fit 16 cars inside the resort, plus 8 cars within the compound if your group is bigger.
- Greet the caretaker. They'll walk you through the unit (lights, AC remote, water heater), show you the outdoor kitchen, and answer any questions.
- Brief everyone on the pool. Depth is 2ft to 5ft. No diving, no eating, no breakable glass near the water. Pool lights off after 12 AM.
- Supervise kids AT ALL TIMES — especially around the pool. There's no lifeguard on duty, and supervision is the parents'/guardians' responsibility throughout the stay.
- Take note of QUIET TIME — 10 PM to 7 AM. Music and loud conversations must wind down by 10 PM (strictly enforced; sound carries far at night). Want to keep singing? The Entertainment Room has a sound-contained videoke inside.
- Drop your bags, deep breath. You're on holiday now.
